Position Description
  • Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu items offered at the outlet and awareness of popular items off menu. Including complete knowledge of prices, serving temperature, garnish, and method of presentation
  • Have a working knowledge of all menu and popular cocktails. The position will entail the preparation of a number of different style and types of cocktails and mixed drinks
  • Maintain knowledge of the particular characteristics and descriptions of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list
  • Maintain complete knowledge of operational duties and complete opening/side duties as assigned
  • Take guests’ food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques
  • Maintain complete knowledge of P.O.S. and manual systems
  • Be Willing To Work Any Day, Any Shift
  • Have a Well Groomed and Professional Appearance
Position Requirements
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in related area
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Basic Knowledge in Microsoft office applications
  • Micros / Pos
  • Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
  • Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding
  • Respond to visual and aural cues
